I'm looking to book an ANA RTW itinerary for myself and my fiancee.

We both have about 150K MR in our respective AMEX accounts. Will probably need 125K miles per ticket for our itinerary. I'm not really sure how to go about booking this ticket and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.

Option 1 (what I am leaning towards now): Transfer 126K to my ANA account, 125K to her ANA account from each of our respective AMEX accounts. Book a combined itinerary using the ANA Family Account Service (extra 1K miles is the charge for adding someone to your ANA family). I'm a little hesitant about this since technically a fiancee doesn't qualify as "family." Must be spouse or same-sex partner, or 1st/2nd degree relatives. But I've read on both reddit and Flyertalk that ANA doesn't really verify (i.e., not like KE, which asks for marriage certificate, etc). This is probably the easiest way to get both tickets on the same itinerary, but ANA website says that family registration may take up to 2 weeks…?

Option 2: She is an AU on my AMEX account (I am not on hers). Thus, I could potentially transfer my MR to her ANA account, and we could combine 250K in one account. Then call ANA and book the RTW itinerary using her account only. Not sure if ANA will let you book for someone else, but I assume that it would be OK. Also have read that there have been some problems with AMEX sending points to an AU's ANA account given that the names are different.

Option 3: We both send AMEX MR to separate ANA accounts. Book separate RTW tickets using each of our accounts. I would be worried about the availability disappearing in the process of booking but I'm sure the agent can navigate that if I try to book both at once. This might be the easiest way, but we will be on separate itineraries.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Sorry for the long post.
